Whoop, Ms Anderson has done it again and filled my weekend with laughter. Alien alert, women are being sucked through mirrors and end up somewhere even their imagination couldn't take them. Natalie had to be smart to survive on this freezing planet. She became noticed by Baron, a rich business man. Finally she was warm again. Though danger surrounded her at every turn. If you loved paranormal, especially vampires well this book is for you too. Wonderful characters and an entertaining storyline, I couldnt put it down.

When I run into Baron Vik’tor and he takes a liking to me, it seems like my luck has turned. But the Baron is a powerful man and there are people in his life that want me dead. Natalie Hale hates her life. You would too if an alien merchant abducted you and then dumped you on a distant planet where it’s so cold even the buildings and infrastructure are made of ice. Reading all the warnings, I thought oh no please let me like this story. Well I must say this author never disappoints and wrote it so well that I wasn't grossed out...well maybe a little for a short scene.
I read on my daily train commute and nearly missed my stop, couldn't wait for lunch time to read some more. This story and the characters really grabbed my attention and wouldn't let go. The story bounced a little between timelines so we can see what happened in their childhood.
They are were and quite a bit special, there is danger all around them and you'll be hoping for a rescue and safe outcome.
All I can say is what a riveting story with awesome characters this book was, I highly recommend it.

Drake is our Monstrum Kindred in this story. He is a dragon in almost human form. Scales, horns and breathes fire. Dr Washington is a human, she's a botanist come to study and hopefully heal the plants that hold together the Monstrum Mothership. Thrown together on a secret mission to another planet, he must protect her with his life.
When I saw how long this book I thought oh no will it hold my attention all the way. Well it did that and more, time flew as I invested myself in this world and it's characters. There are not many books where I've been unaware of my train stops and I was inches from not getting off at my stop as I was so engrossed in this fantasy.
It's a fun series, naughty, corny and everything spicy that would make me select it.

It's been a long time since I've read a 'were' book. This is a little darker than the norm but I'll read anything this author writes. Jacob and Anastasia are step siblings, both attracted to each other but it's taboo. In the eyes of the 'were' they are related. He's from a Royal bloodline and she has found out as a young adult, convinced it's madness and a cult. The worshippers of the moon are a group that are convinced in the belief of a prophecy. Jake and Ani are kidnapped and their world turned upside down. I really enjoyed this story but I just wanted more at the end in regards to his father. But my imagination will have to suffice.

They took us in the middle of the night and forced us to do things together…things I don’t dare admit.

They came and took us in the middle of the night—kidnapped us and locked us in an attic—me and my stepbrother Jake. They’re some kind of cult—the Worshipers of the Moon—and they say that Jake and I are the last of the Royal Weres. We’re the last two with the blood of the First Wolf and because of that, we’re their only hope.

But now they want me to do things with Jake—things I know I shouldn’t do. Things that could get me in a lot of trouble nine months down the line.
It’s frightening, but Jake is protective and gentle—he understands what we need to do in order to get free. The only trouble is, our plan might prove disastrous in more than one way.

The cult members keep telling me that Jake is my Alpha and I am his Omega—his to claim, his to take. But when we finally get away from them, we don’t dare to tell anyone what they made us do together.

This author has such a cruisy way of writing, just relax and settle in for a ride. We once again meet the Monstrum Kindred, a rather furry one. Combined with a 'stiff upper lip' mature British woman, could their connection possibly work? Thrown together to save the world, they are in for the adventure of their lives.
I love the planets, the creatures, the customs and the food this author creates in her worlds.
This is such a fun story, I highly recommend it.

This was a quicker read than usually for this author but I loved being able to read in one afternoon. The Trollox, one just shudders hearing their species make an appearance. Bard was on the planet for business when he spotted a Trollox purchasing this young woman. Makenna has a language barrier with the Kindred but understands she is being saved. Bard is in denial, his wife has been dead 20 years and he also feels too old for Makenna. The Trollox will not give up what he paid for and his lurking could pay off. Can Bard save her in time and face his future? I'm obsessed with this series and devour each story. I highly recommend it.

Will I ever tire of these Kindred stories....I doubt it. This author has the craziest imagination. You know there will be a happy ever after but then again the things that happen make you doubt it while your heart is racing. Bobbi is an independent woman, her job involves studying other cultures and what better than another planet. Dragon was an orphan taken in by a different culture, he's not one of them but what is he? Could he be dangerous or save Bobbi's life? The action and drama in this one is crazy.

Regency would not be my go to in the romance genre. Putting it on another planet made it a whole lot of fun. This author could never disappoint me, her imagination is crazy good.
This Kindred has enhancements-Cyborg style. He's also from a place where feelings and emotions are dampened, so what are these strange thoughts he's having. Before he can get checked out he's off on a mission to protect a princess. The princess must get married and finding a suitable suitor proves difficult or does it really, much more is going on. She has fire blood and runs the risk of becoming ash without a mate.
Such an entertaining story, hilarious in parts and danger in other. The Goddess makes her appearance to try and save the day.
A brilliant addition to this series, I loved every moment.

As it happens, Ka'rissa is having feeling for James as well. How can she help it when he's so dashing and handsome? When her latest suitor, Duke Grabbington, begins making some very improper advances, the big Kindred rushes to her rescue. I was chuckling from the beginning with this one. Working in a Uni Library I feel I need to tell our acquisitions department that the bar has been raised.
Jillian is a chef, approaching 50, her younger years spent chasing her career and her 40s with a con artist. Broke and losing everything an old friend offers her a job on the Mother Ship with the Kindred. Her trip to the alien market was an adventure and then some.
Kalis, a former prisoner and slave has been dream sharing with her, only he has a huge secret and she's going to be terrified.
I think you'll love this book, I was a fast read as I couldn't put it down. Plenty of action and heart stopping moments. Glad to say my lunch was finished when I got the ewwww part. A great romance with plenty of fun and yet danger, I loved every moment.

Is there no end to this author's crazy imagination...and I still want those 'float dots'. This Kindred is pretty much a vampire and she's a curvaceous, kinky violinist, pretty much bored with her vanilla life. It was a fantastic, action packed adventure, sizzling chemistry, and dangerous while on yet another dangerously weird planet. My fave series, I highly recommend it.
