I loved State and Courtney's story. He looked across the room and knew he had to get to know this woman. He's a tattoo covered not so bad boy and she's a curvaceous woman totally out of her depth in this club. Full of self doubt and yet a little sassy, State is determined that they will be together.
These two were a great couple, she had complete faith in him as the drama unfolded. Her family were awesome too.
This was such a great read.

My first read was in 2017, then I had the pleasure of reading this again 5 yrs later. New content and fantastic ending.

2017: Bravo Ms Archer, I didn't see that coming. I discovered my love for this author's writing from Lori King when I read an anthology for her. I've finally had the chance to start this series and wow, what a ride. I didn't have any issues with the lingo...oh wait I'm an Aussie too.
These once homeless boys who have banded together as brothers are being victimised in the cyber world. This is basically the younger brother Seth's story but there is plenty of imput from the other guys. He and his woman Harper are dragged through the mud trying to solve this crime while Harper is being made to look like the guilty party.
The story was well written, I was entertained throughout. There was plenty of action, drama, love and sexy sizzling scenes. I loved all the characters and look forward to the next tale involving one of the other guys.

2022: I had the pleasure of reading this story again 5 years later, I didn't remember the storyline which is awesome as once again I had no clue :) Fantastic start to this series, with new content added. Awesome ending and I can't wait to read the next brother's story.

My favourite YA author steps up for another brilliant series.

The romance and characters are sweet without being childish. This school makes me think of 90210 the original, the snobby rich kids in school. Actually like any highschool there are divides between the students, the rich, the nerds etc. Londyn and Maverick are from opposite sides, like Romeo and Juliet, she's rich and he's a charity case so to speak. They both love the arts though and find a connection. There was added drama in this story, parents and teachers who can't possibly believe the truth. Will honesty prevail in the end?
This was a wonderful story with such likeable characters, I couldn't put it down.
Can't wait to read about the next characters in this series.

Yay this is my 100th book for 2022 and one of my long time fave authors.

I can't believe this is my first time reading this author when I have so many of her books on my Kindle.
Anyway this is book 3 so I need to catch up with some back story on the characters. The author wrote it well though, so I didn't feel lost in the story at all.
There are a lot of twists and turns in this tale as the chapters alternate between the main characters Marco and Shannon. Marco's story is mainly in Africa as he is on a rescue mission. While Shannon is back home dealing with the business. Neither are having an easy time as enemies are in the picture.
Great story, I must get stuck into more of this author's work now.
